Forms Plus allows you to add advanced functionality to your webforms. We add new features as they are requested, so if you want something special please

Current features include:

Define User Interface Rules - customise the display of the form to your web visitors. For example, switch in a custom message dependant on the selected value of a drop down, or hide certain form elements depending on selected values.

Custom Calculator - use this for creating custom forms to calculate things like Shipping Costs, Mortgage Repayments, etc.

Multi-Stage forms - you can extend the Single Form into a multi-step enquiry process. An example of this would be a mortgage or loan application where you have Loan Details, Credit History, Employment History, etc ... at the end of the process your "form set" will have saved all the data and the final form will do the usual submission by email.
NOTE: This Module is an add-on to extend the features of the Form Builder. The Form Builder Module is therefore required.
