Form Builder
MOD-FRM
The Form Builder module can be used to build almost any form you might require on your website. With a feature rich control panel you can configure many features to create forms from simple contact forms to complex online enquiries. Features include:
- Configure field type, labels, field names, etc.
- Create lists of values for select fields.
- Create checkboxes and sets of radio buttons.
- Specify mandatory (required) fields.
- Specify one or more email addresses to send to (SMS messages can be handled by using a 3rd party system).
- Add as a CSV attachment for use in spreadsheets.
- Adjust the label width to suit your form.
- Create a library of forms and insert them in any page on your website (excludes special module pages that already have a form insert in them).
- Send optional copy to client
- EXTEND THE FORM BUILDER - FORMS PLUS MODULE:
- Build complex form sets that save data between stages and send on the final form of the set.

Define "rules" for showing/hiding form elements and explanatory text.

Build a custom calculator. This could be used or a shipping calculation, or mortgage repayment caluclator, etc.
