Advice Help Desk, Plymouth CAB

Plymouth Citizens' Advice Bureau approached Web-in-a-Click to build them an Advice "Help Desk". The Help Desk itself is an extension of the Help topics that Web-in-a-Click use to aid the website owner to build and edit their web pages. The ability to create Help Categories and print a summary of the Advice given to clients makes the Help Desk a useful tool for "walk in" or "call centre" applications.
 
An additional feature is the ability to report on the Advice given to clients. This is an important tool for trend analysis. A dynamic Print Queue shows a running list of the selected topics, and topics can be added and removed prior to prining in much the same manner as a Shopping Cart application.
